Sean Egan

I grew up in Church Crookham and have lived locally my whole life. I went to Crookham Junior School and then onto Calthorpe Park School. I had my paper round on the Aldershot road and had my first job at the Tweseldown pub.

I've gained a wealth of experience in Estate Agency with over a decade of local experience selling property for some well known agencies in the local area. Whilst recognising all the best parts of the job through my journey to a Senior Manager, the reason I have decided to leave the old fashioned model of Agency is because far too much time was often spent away from the clients wants and needs, led by pushy out-dated directors not accepting change. I've partnered up with avocado, sharing the same principles and beliefs in shaking up the industry, to give value for money with my 1-2-1 expertise, care for creativity and in-depth assistance from start to finish... 24/7! 
 
I understand the entire process from the selling psychology, to the legal conveyancing both as an Estate Agent, and from moving a few times myself and what I’ve learnt, is that its all about communication, trust and honesty. What’s even better is that every client of mine will have a personalised video tour to give you the best opportunity of selling, which I will personally create, edit and push through the top portals and social media.
