I have a mission.

My mission is to retire one day knowing I have had a positive impact on the estate agency industry and one I am proud of. 

Why?

Well let's face it, the industry is a bit of a joke in the eyes of the public, and I can’t really disagree…

Our goal when we launched Avocado Property was to build a business our kids would be proud of.  I have two young daughters and it is vital to me that they love what their Daddy does for a living.

I have worked across the Home Counties in property since 2003.  I love the area, I live in Crowthorne now and have a genuine passion for the local community.

I could bore you with a CV bio about me, but I don’t think that’s the info you really want to hear.  So instead I want to share some of our future plans for the brand.

  1. As a challenger brand, we are already making noises in the UK.  We are fighting to make home moving a better experience for the public.  So the copycat competition is a compliment in our eyes…
  2. We have mirrored a version of the US model and made a brokerage for highly experienced local agents to build their own business within.  This means no departments or call centers for the public to get frustrated by. Every client gets direct business owner contact from start to finish.
  3. Each property has the best marketing plan in the country; tried and tested.  A social media launch through modern video marketing and every seller has an input on the marketing by adding their own comments.
  4. We plan to grow the brand across the country, but we will do it as slowly as it takes to ensure the quality levels are the highest in the industry.

We dropped navy suits for pink hoodies, we went with avocado rather than our own names, we have dominated social media rather than putting leaflets in letterboxes and we only just started getting warmed up.  The avocado mission continues and I can assure you, we have a lot of fun along the way too.
