We have loved living here with some great neighbours and wonderful local schools which our 3 daughters have attended, all within easy reach.

Michael's View...Kingsmead Road itself is a busy road, used by many as a short cut through to the M40 & Junction 3. However there are a few houses at the very beginning of the road that are hidden away and front onto the allotments. This is one of them!

Area View...Just to the east of the town centre, (a 20 min walk) providing access to J3 of the M40 but also to J4. Kingsmead Road runs east to Loudwater but it's very easy to leave on Abbey Barn Road to get into Flackwell Heath or Daws Hill.
