This house has been the perfect family home for 30 years - it's where we raised our children and always felt very safe in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The location has been fantastic for local amenities with doctors, primary schools, shops, and local beauty spots and forestry all within walking distance.

Area Comments....

There are so many pedestrian walkways and cut-throughs within Forest Park, allowing you to walk and explore your way through Savernake Park and balancing pond and Swinley Forest. Horndean shops have a great array of conveniences and even a local pub! It's a very safe and family-orientated area whilst also being very convenient for anyone needing access to the M3 & M4 motorway networks, or rail links into London from Martins Heron.
