Vendors Comment:
We moved to 50 Hamesmoor 10 years ago because it was the perfect location between Frimley/Camberley and Farnborough where family members were based in.
At the time, having a young child and elderly parents, the proximity to Frimley Lodge Park, Mytchett skate park and Frimley military hospital was just perfect.
The Basingstoke canal was a life saviour during the pandemic.
There is also a wide variety of excellent businesses nearby which has been great career wise.
At one stage, I was also travelling to London 4 times a week so the direct link to the motorway and also access to the fast train from Farnborough main made things extremely practical.
All in all, Hamesmoor has been a gem for my family but also for all the Airbnb guests that have stayed over the years.

This is such a convenient location! Whether it's for the local schools, access to the A331/M3 or just to be close by to some amazing green space! There's great opportunity with this bungalow too given how flexible the accommodation is. A must view in my opinion!

Area Comment:
Mytchett is a village within Surrey, just 30 miles south west of central London. Commuter and transport links are well catered for with quick access onto the A331 and junction 4 of the M3. There are mainline train stations nearby with Ash Vale and Farnborough main both within a few minutes drive/cycle away. The area has access to beautiful open spaces including Ash Ranges and Frimley Lodge Park being just a few minutes away, with stunning walks along the Basingstoke Canal.
