The house has been perfect for us from the first day we moved here with our young family. Over the last 20 years, we’ve grown into a generous living space and have made the most of the large garden. We have two sporting mad sons who have spent many hours playing football, cricket and all other sports in the garden with their friends. There is plenty of room for the adults too, either for entertaining or relaxing, both indoors and out.

We have a large extended family and have been able to host many get-togethers especially over the summer and at Christmas time. Ever since the kitchen/diner was remodelled, we have added tables into the living space and comfortably sat 18 for Christmas dinner. We have some lovely neighbours and have made many friends in the area. There are some great schools close by and it’s really convenient to be able to walk into town for a night out, only 20 minutes away. In the opposite direction you can be walking alongside the fields on the way to Gorrick Woods which can be reached in less than 30 minutes. As our children have now grown up, we have decided to move onto a new phase of our lives, but hope the new owners enjoy this house as much as we have.
