We have loved living in this house! It’s a generous home with tonnes of space and the open kitchen/dining/living space is fab for entertaining! We also love this area due to its semi-rural nature - close enough to enjoy the amenities at the Lexicon, but small, peaceful and friendly neighbourhood with lots of great walks.

Orchid Court was built by Redrow just a few years ago and is nestled into Warfield just next to Woodhurst Park and is on the doorstep of Warfield CofE Primary School. One of the many benefits of this area is the proximity to local schools, parks, and nature reserves as well as being just a 5-minute drive away from The Lexicon Shopping Center. The house itself overlooks the balancing pond and the pathways which cut through to Larks Hill and Cabbage Hill in either direction - if you've watched the video you'll see that the office space in bedroom four and the main bedroom look directly over this so the views are lovely!

What a beautiful home! The layout is just superb with an expansive open plan kitchen/living/dining space at the back with each area zoned off the kitchen with a lovely separate more formal living space. The house feels quite grande thanks to the big entrance hall and galleried landing area... on top of all that, the garden is the biggest one on the development and south facing. There are so many lovely features for us to show you with this home, we know it's going to be a popular one!
