When we moved in back in 2001 it was just a house but very soon we made it into a home that has given us lots of good times and happy family memories.

The secluded location and woodland views to the rear are great, plus we are able to walk to the train station and local shops in less than five minutes. Access to the lovely views and walks around Horseshoe Lake and Swan Lake without needing to get the car out are also a real bonus.

If Kirsty and Phil were asking the question - are you going to love it or list it? our answer would be "we love the house but for us it's the right time to list!"
