We fell in love with the house, development and local area as soon as we stepped through the front door. The house is light and airy, with a lovely open plan living/dining room which opens out onto the patio and large garden which we have found ideal for entertaining.

The location is perfect as we are less than a 20 minute walk from town so we can enjoy the great restaurants and bars that Wokingham has to offer. And with the station being just a short 15 minute walk away London is on our doorstep within about an hour and with cross rail now just a stones throw away in Twyford this opens it up even more.

There are fantastic schools on the doorstep and Cantley Park with all it has to offer in regards to its excellent sporting facilities is just a few minutes walk up the road.

The house has given us great memories of growing our family and starting our lives here. The neighbours have been lovely and keep an eye out for you if you ever need anything.

What else is there for me to say other than what the sellers have said above? I've personally spent a lot of time in Emmbrook Place (it's located just off Matthews Green Road) as I have friends who live in the development, as a new development it's still got that new home feel whilst also being a little more established.

I know from experience that it's about a 15-20 minute walk into Wokingham, which if you don't know has been regenerated to a wonderful standard with a real variety of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and even a cinema. Literally, everything is on your doorstep. Not to mention Cantley park has also been regenerated to a wonderful standard with tennis courts, football pitches a play park and a cafe. All within 5 minutes of your front door.
