Wishmoor has been our first home as a family, and we've loved living here for 7 years. The location is ideal - close enough to the local shops (and some great takeaways!) while still feeling quiet and secluded.
Several things drew us to Wishmoor - the huge living space (with the added benefit of air conditioning for those hot summer months!), ample private parking, and gardens.
It's time for us to move on to pastures new, hopefully this is the home for you!

This home offers such versatile living because of how much space you have downstairs. Having been extended by the previous sellers, there is some great space available and the option to create more with planning permission granted for a double storey extension to the rear.

At the front of this home you have a bright and spacious entrance hall with storage underneath the stairs. The kitchen at the front is a good size and has integrated appliances and a breakfast bar, this then leads you onto a separate utility room which also gives you access to the side of the house. Following on from here you have a recently refitted downstairs shower room which could be perfect for anyone with elderly relatives but also gives you another toilet downstairs. What we love about this house is not only the amount of space downstairs, but the size of the windows throughout the house making is such a bright and airy home. The living room to the rear is vast with plenty of space for furniture and has a lovely feature fireplace. Having been extended as we've mentioned by the previous owners, this home now offers another large reception space which is currently set up as a dining room with French doors leading onto the patio and garden. It's also important to mention that both of these rooms are air conditioned which is ideal in the hotter summer months. Having a separate study or playroom is an essential and this house has just that leading off of the living room, ideal for anyone working from home.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with two of them being good size doubles. The master bedroom is at the front and is one of our personal favourite rooms in this house, not only is it a fantastic size with built in wardrobes but it also has two huge windows letting in plenty of natural light. The third bedroom is a good size single with the family bathroom just next door which has a great finish.

The rear garden is a great size and is very private with nothing directly behind which is a real rarity for a three bedroom home. Whilst to the front you have ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles, the home also comes with planning permission granted for a double storey extension to the rear as we've mentioned meaning this could be a longer term family home for someone looking to turn it into a four bedroom home. This house is in a great location, tucked just off College Road and being minutes from a parade of shops including an convenience store, post office and Aldi. Sandhurst High Street is also not far away amongst some great places to eat and drink. The home sits within many popular school catchments but is only a few minutes walk from both College Town Primary School and Sandhurst Secondary School. Within a few minutes drive you are at the popular Camberley Meadows where you have choice of both Tesco and M&S superstores. If you like the idea of having green space to walk around and a playpark for the children, then this is perfect as Sandhurst Memorial and Snaprails park just over a mile away from your door. If you are commuting there are great links to both the M3 and M4 whilst well positioned between Sandhurst and Camberley train stations.
