After a walk around Bucker's Park Forest we fell in love with the area and had our heart set on the location, which was made better when we discovered our home. We have been able to grow with the house, using the space we have needed from a social kitchen-diner, creating work from home areas, to utilising the loft space for a toy railway set up, as well as storage! The bedrooms have meant no one compromises on having their own space either. The garden has felt like another room, as its been a great place for kids to run around or to entertain friends and family with a BBQ in the sunshine, capturing the last of the days sun on the patio. We've felt very lucky with our neighbours and there is a great sense of community spirit on the estate, with lots still to look forward to such as the opening of The Hub, new play areas, pub and shops. It's been a great location with so much on the doorstep from walking to the high-street or the station, taking your bike or a run into Swinley forest and the school commute. It's just a shame we have to move on.

We love the Bucklers Park development and this house is a great buy for a growing family. As you enter you are greeted by a spacious and central entrance hall. Legal and General, tastefully designed these, early-phase, houses with high ceilings, making it feel extremely light and airy. The ground floor features a convenient W/C, an open plan kitchen/dining room complete with fitted Bocsh appliances. There are doors which lead onto the sunny, south-west facing garden. You'll notice the garden for a newer house is a great size and bigger than the average. The sizable lounge, illuminated by three large windows, offers ample space for relaxation, with room to accommodate a dedicated workspace, reading nook or play area.
Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms. Two of which, have built-in storage and the master has its own en suite, and shower room. There is also the family bathroom and a loft which has been professionally and fully boarded with electric and lighting offering a great additional space.
The property has a driveway and offers parking for several cars and a built-in electric car charger with access to the garden and rear of the house.

Area Comment...
Bucklers Park is such a wonderful location with Bucklers Forest on the doorstep. There are over 100 acres to explore and walk around which is perfect for family living and pets. There is a great community here coupled also with a new school and restaurant being built. There are also lots of other nature reserves and parks to explore within walking distance. For anyone commuting, the M3 and M4 motorways are within easy reach as well as Crowthorne train station. Crowthorne High Street offers a variety of independent retail outlets, coffee shops and tea rooms which is again within walking distance.
