This property did not stick around for long, the existing tenant unfortunately needed to relocate due to a change in personal  circumstances therefore we were instructed to find a new suitable tenant in order to help her move. Within hours we received a number of enquiries but only one viewing was able to take place the following day due to access arrangements but that’s all we needed as the property was let on first viewing at the asking price.

Not only did we find a new tenant at the asking price on a long term tenancy but we had her move in a week later, meaning the existing tenant was very pleased with our assistance & the Landlord was happy we found another great tenant.
