Another busy day for Avocado Lettings, this stunning ground floor apartment had 10 back to back appointments and received multiple offers at the asking price of £1,250 pcm, the Landlord has now accepted an offer subject to contract with minimum void period which is great news.

The tenant’s unfortunately couldn’t make it on the day due to isolating,  however a virtual viewing was conducted instead and they loved it. the following week they attended just to pop their head round but they were even more over the moon having seen it in person. They had clearly done their research before our video call as family members had done a drive by of the property and had checked all local area information online which was great to see.
