Stephen's Comment:
Sycamore Road is a very popular spot in Farnborough due to the location, including reputable schools, local shops and still within a short distance of the mainline station & town centre. However being just over the road from the King George V playing fields, park & pond makes this house a must view in my opinion.

Area Comment:
Farnborough is a popular and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, and also Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology nearby.
