A chance off the cuff conversation at work one day in 2002 and 39 Cox Green Road became ours. We had increased our family rather suddenly and with 4 young boys (including a set of twins) needed a house that we could extend.

We eventually extended and made the house our home with all the boys attending Cox Green School and as well as me working there too it was a prime location. Cox Green Community Centre has a wealth of activities for young and old and a post office in Cox Green lane which has been invaluable over the years. We have been very lucky to have neighbours that keep themselves to themselves but if we need them there are there. We generally have a catch up over the garden fence and we have always had numerous parcels held on our behalf and vice versa.

Cox Green Road is a great location near to the A404, M4 & M40 and we have so many lovely places to visit Marlow, Henley and Windsor to name a few where there are so many restaurant choices, some lovely walks, Cliveden and the river in Marlow and Bourne End are always a favourite.

It’s sad to be leaving but now my boys have all grown up and fleeing the nest so time for new beginnings and hope someone will make 39 Cox Green Road their home and have many more happy memories.
