Vendors Comment:
I have loved how walks, running and exploring the beautiful woodlands have been a constant for me and our children’s lives. It’s easy enough for London and the city when needed, but far enough away to feel like we’re tucked away. Great for the schools we wanted too.

Chris's Comment:
Those that follow us know that I love Dettingen Park having lived here myself in Drifters Drive for many years, and I loved how quiet the area is, and the community that Dettingen Park has become! This home is deceptively spacious with five bedrooms, two reception areas, a kitchen/breakfast room as well as several bath/shower rooms and the downstairs cloakroom. It's a huge bonus to have not one, but two garages next to the property!

Area Comment:
Deepcut is situated on the eastern fringe of Camberley and falls under the GU16 postcode. Dettingen Park was built in 2003 and is a unique development to the area with an attractive layout centred around The Crescent, which has a large circular green with a fountain and pond at the centre. The nearby shops are located nearby on Heatherside which will cater for day to day needs, while Camberley town centre is approximately a ten minute drive away. The M3 motorway can be reached at either junction 3 in Bagshot/Lightwater or junction 4 in Camberley, both of which are approximately a fifteen minute drive away. There are ample outside spaces nearby with the Frimley Fuel Allotments directly across the road from Dettingen Park, and the Ranges behind the development.
