As a family of 4 who regularly have guests stay over, we needed a house with spacious bedrooms and living areas that allowed us to spend time together while also having separate spaces for anyone working from home or just wanting space to relax quietly. The main lounge has plenty of space for get togethers while the snug makes a perfect office during the day and a second TV room or entertainment area at night. 

We've got a low maintenance garden for BBQ's or socialising outdoors and we're just around the corner from Clayfield Copse where we love taking the dogs for longer walks in the woods. The downstairs shower room is ideally located for cleaning muddy paws without needing to go through the whole house. Good storage space and shelves in the garage helps keep the rest of the house and garden clutter free.

Convenient bus stop for the main route into town is just off our driveway with shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaway options only a couple of minutes walk away.

Basically, it's everything we need for a busy family who enjoy entertaining, going out or just relaxing at home as well as socialising and taking the dogs for walks in a great neighbourhood. We're moving to South Africa for a bit more sun and family time but I expect we'll be back in 5 or 10 years time to make the most of this beautiful home.
