Everything was to a high spec and easy to maintain which meant life really was quite straight forward. With luxury features such as underfloor heating throughout the downstairs, three separate bathrooms and a huge garage. The large drive and garden meant it was easy to entertain guests as well as have the space to work from home and have our individual time when we needed it. Having the dogs over wasn’t an issue with fabulous walks people often didn’t want to leave and for that reason we know the right people will have an amazing time here!"

Agents View...This property gives a great feeling of space, both inside and out. It's close to local amenities but also with beautiful surroundings. It has four good size bedrooms and spacious accommodation on the ground floor. The lovely kitchen breakfast room that opens up onto the rear garden is my favourite part of this property. I'd also turn the large outbuilding into another office space.

Area View...Bradenham Road runs from West Wycombe through to Princes Risborough, with the small village of Saunderton in between. Either side of the road there is open countryside and you have some spectacular views to find in the hills behind the property. There is a train station within 1.5 miles of the house and its also a short walk into West Wycombe itself if you ever need anything.
