The surrounding around is great for walking where you can also spot wildlife such as badgers and deer. We have loved living so close to Bracknell town centre as it is only a short drive away and only 25 min per foot.

This home is truly lovely with a Southerly aspect to the rear meaning the garden is a sun trap and the property is flooded with light when the sun is out! The garage is large and there is plenty of room on the driveway. The kitchen has a good size breakfast bar and the current owner has personalised the space providing a plethora of useable cupboards throughout the kitchen. All four bedrooms are able to house a double bed and furniture as a minimum.

About the area:
It is just down the road from the popular Kings Academy Binfield which runs from nursery up to sixth form. There is a lot of green space all around which is one of the things that draws so many to Binfield. Bracknell town centre, Lexicon and mainline train station (Waterloo Line) are a five minute drive away.
