Since moving here in 2008, this really has been a family home. The space has been ideal for having a family stay with us overnight, from overseas on holiday or, on more than once occasion, for even longer. The space inside has been really versatile over the years and we've enjoyed many family get togethers with quite a lot of people. Its a good space and so could easily be adapted to suit any use. Blackwater has a great mix of being close to local services and shops but is also close to greenery which is great for walking a dog or just enjoying some local wildlife. Cheriton Way is a nice quiet cul-de-sac and we've been very happy here. We'll sad to leave but as they say 'life moves on' we don't need so much space anymore so we are looking for a smaller property. We have made many incredible memories here and we hope you will to.

This family home offers bags of space for the family to grow. With multiple reception rooms everyone will have their own space, whether that be the kids playing on the consoles, or a playroom while the parents take a break in front of the TV in the living room. Or you can shut yourself away in the study area allowing you the opportunity to work from home. Alternatively the property lends itself to certain internal alterations opening up the dining room/study and kitchen to create a huge open plan kitchen/dining room.

Area Comment:
This home is in an excellent spot, located only a short walk to Blackwater Village which has a range of shops. You are spoilt for choice with supermarkets by having an Aldi, Lidl, Tesco and M&S all located nearby. Blackwater train station is under a mile away with one end going to Reading and the other to Gatwick. Also nearby is the Shepherd Meadow Nature Reserve, which is ideal for beautiful walks if you have dogs or enjoy walking/running or cycling.
