We have lived in this property for 28 years and have enjoyed every minute. We brought up our two sons here and found the schools, clubs and sporting facilities locally to be first class.
When we viewed this house for the first time we were ‘wowed’ by the size of the lounge - this space has been great for hosting friends and family with the garden becoming an extension for large gatherings on pleasant days.
We’ll be very sad to leave Tickenor Drive, but it’s time for its next owner to stamp their mark on this lovely home.

When a house hasn't been on the market for over 28 years, it really tells you a lot about how much of a great family home its been. Our sellers have perfectly summed up why this house not only offers some great accommodation but sits in a excellent location. They have spent time looking after this home to offer it to the market in great condition throughout.

This is such a perfect location for anyone moving with a family and always has been a popular location with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep. As you can see this home has some fantastic space on offer both upstairs and downstairs with some great room sizes. To the front you have a good size bay fronted study which could also be used as a playroom, whilst the kitchen on the opposite side is well presented and comes with integrated appliances and a great view over the front. It's a short walk away from the popular FBC centre and is only a stones throw away from California Country Park. Also a short walk away you have some great local amenities including the Co-op, Pharmacy and some great local places to eat. It also falls within many of the areas popular local school catchments such as Waverley School, Gorse Rise Primary and Bohunt Secondary Schools.
