Stoney Road is conveniently located under a mile from the town centre and has a wealth of amenities on the doorstep for those day to day essentials, as well as plenty of parks and green space within walking distance. Binfield Village is also only a short 5 minute drive away and access onto the A239 & A30 are close by as well.

We have loved living and growing in this home! We originally fell in love with the unique features like the little steps into the kitchen and utility areas, the hidden nook under the stairs for our dog and another hidden nook in the 2nd bedroom which we have made into a sensory space for our son, all of these little bits and pieces you don’t see in every home!

The open plan living has also made the house super flexible as our family has grown, with plenty of room for a play space plus separate living room, and the large garden has been great for entertaining our family and friends. The outside houses for extra storage and a home workout space has also been super beneficial for us.

We will be sad to leave but excited for the new owners to discover their new home.

We love finding houses that are this close to town, as it makes life so convenient for all members of the family, on top of that it's safely tucked away behind electric gates with a lovely big driveway so it feels lovely and safe especially if you've got younger children. The whole house feels lovely, bright & spacious and the kitchen/dining/living arrangement flows beautifully while being able to shut one section off from another if you so want. Upstairs has some nice character features thanks to the eaves and sloped ceilings, with 3 lovely sized bedrooms, fitted wardrobes to the main one, as well as a family bathroom. There's a second reception room to the ground floor, currently being used as a study, but it would make the perfect playroom or a fourth double bedroom if that's what you need. There's also a brand new boiler, utility room and a shower room to complete the downstairs. The garden is a lovely size and the owners have cleverly added a covered area to decking that leads straight off the kitchen aswell as having a spacious out building with electricity that can be used as an office or a gym as the current owners are, creating even more living space and we can imagine how well this place will work to host all your family and friends for BBQs all summer long.
