We moved to Rosebay nearly three years ago and have embarked upon an amazing adventure designing and having built the most amazing house, but sadly medical needs means we now need to change the way we live.

The area is fantastic! Everything is within east reach with Wokingham just a 15 minute walk away, the local primary and nursery just 5 minutes away and St Crispins near by. Keephatch has a fabulous nature reserve just a few minutes away which is always a favourite with our young family, you never know you might be lucky enough to find the fairy tree or be able to follow the pumpkin trail!

The space both inside and outside the house is fantastic and the front playroom has been a great space for our girls whilst the outdoor kitchen and seating gives us a great space to relax in the evening sun!
We hope whoever thinks about buying our house will be able to enjoy it at much as we have.

My goodness what an amazing space the current sellers have created. The extension across the back of the house really utilises the plot and provides an amazing space offering a tremendous lounge diner with bi-fold doors onto the garden. The kitchen is great to, with its almighty centre island housing the gas hob and breakfast bar, the kitchen also offers a mass of storage and access into the utility room. What's not to love?

You may think that with an extension the size of this that you may have to compromise on garden space, well let me say, you absolutely don't, it's still perfectly big enough to enjoy with two separate patio areas and plenty of space to kick a football about. It's also South West West facing so plenty of sun to enjoy.

The house is great, the location is wonderful. The house is positioned only a short drive from Wokingham town centre, St Crispins Secondary School and Cantley Park plus there is ample green open space locally to enjoy.
