Having been born and raised in Wokingham, Cavendish Park appealed to us because of it's excellent location within the town. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to the station, close to the shops and situated amongst some outstanding schools. Given the relatively small size of the development, it is lovely and quiet and surrounded by a well landscaped park. Being a minute over the road from the Leathern Bottel pub is also a big plus point!

Cavendish Park is a beautiful development of exceptional homes, I think has really established itself as a lovely place to live, everybody likes a pleasant drive home, and to drive into the development through an avenue of protected Oak trees is a fantastic way to get home in the evening. The development is centered around families with a beautiful country park approximately 100 meters from the front door of the house, and a traditional family pub/ restaurant across the road called Ye Olde Leathern Bottel.

Cavendish Park was completed by developer Bewley Homes in 2015 on the site of the old Guide Dogs for the blind training centre. The development is approximately 1 mile south of Wokingham station and town centre. A popular area with young families and helpful for those who commute. The properties are energy efficient, complete with solar panels and is network cabled throughout the property.
