We've spent the past ten years creating a home for our family. A home our kids have grown up in and a house that offers so much space and versatility. From creating two huge bedrooms upstairs any child would love, to providing an outdoor space that works well for entertaining. The garden isn't overlooked with an east to west aspect, which gets the sun all day long. We have also been fortunate to have the space to create two home offices that have worked really well. But the best thing about this house is the fact that it's a tardis....much bigger than it looks from the outside. With huge, bright, airy rooms.

Growing up with kids, we couldn't have chosen a nicer area. There is such a great sense of community on foxcote. Everyone is so friendly and even strangers walk past and say hello. Everything you need is just over a ten minute walk away. The forest, the shops and the park. Wokingham is a 5 min drive away plus the all important pubs. We're very lucky to have a number of pubs close by serving great food.

This is the brightest house we've ever lived in and we will definitely miss that the most.

This home offers such versatile living and is perfect location for anyone moving with a family and always has been a popular location with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep. As you can see this home has some fantastic space on offer and must be seen in person to appreciate.

At the front of this home you have an incredible open plan kitchen dining space with solid wood worktops, integrated appliances and French doors leading onto the garden. What we love about this room is the vaulted ceiling with skylights giving you a rear sense of space. Off of the hallway you have a storage cupboard and refitted cloakroom. The living room is a great size with built in storage and desk space and again sliding doors onto the garden. The home offers three bedrooms on the ground floor with the first of those currently set up as an office but could make an ideal playroom or snug. Bedroom two is a good size double with ample space for freestanding furniture. The master bedroom is lovely with built in wardrobes and a stunning, fully tiled en suite shower room with walk-in shower.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms both of which are huge doubles with built in storage. The skylights help these rooms feel even bigger but you also have handy eave storage here too. The bathroom on this floor has a superb finish being fully tiled again with the backlit mirror.

This home sits on a corner plot on Foxcote and is a short walk away from the popular FBC centre with California Country Park further from there. Also a short walk away you have some great local amenities including the Co-op, Pharmacy and some great local places to eat. It also falls within many of the areas popular local school catchments such as Nine Mile Ride & Gorse Rise Primary and Bohunt Secondary Schools. If you're looking for some open green space to explore or take your dog for a walk, you've got some great choices locally such as Simons Wood and as we've already mentioned the FBC Centre and California Country park these both have fantastic playparks and cafes too. Wokingham Town Centre and Train Station is also only a 12 minute drive away, having recently been redeveloped it really is a great place to go with plenty of well known and independent retailers. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
