We’ve lived really happily in our home for the past 6 and a half years and loved every minute. When we moved in we found a house which had been well looked after but was tired and had a tricky layout.

Over the past few years we’ve completely renovated the property top to bottom which has breathed new life into it. We’ve raised our three children here and its new layout, particularly the kitchen, has worked really well as it allows the whole family to have their own space whilst still being together.

It’s got a great location with access to several stations, has super fast broadband with fibre to the premises and because of the renovation it’s got a brand new boiler and heating system.

It’s now ready for new owners to write its next chapter as we look for a new project to take on.

This home really has been through quite the transformation with our current sellers as they've said, they've done a fantastic job throughout this house turning it into a wonderful family home. This is the perfect location for anyone moving with a family and always has been a popular location with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep. As you can see this home has some fantastic space on offer and must be seen in person to appreciate.

At the front of this home you have a spacious entrance hall which has the addition of a porch to give you extra space for coats and shoes. There is also the addition of a utility cupboard which houses both the washer and dryer to keep them out of the open plan kitchen, followed by the tastefully refitted cloakroom. To the back you have a good size living room with built in, lit units either side of the chimney giving it some character, But the open plan kitchen dining space has to be one of our favourites in this home.
