There is a footpath across the road from the house leading to National Trust land and in as little as 10 minutes you can go from your front door to a vantage point overlooking fields and the town in the distance. You can also walk to the town centre and the station in 25 minutes which was ideal for commuting.

Agents View...One of the best roads in High Wycombe. Its around 1 mile into the town centre but only a few minutes walk into countryside. The RGS being so close I also think is a huge benefit.
