Vendors Comment:
The amount of light flooding into the house, the size of all the bedrooms and reception rooms and the secluded garden first attracted us to the house, but it’s now time to downsize. The house is set in a lovely cul-de-sac, with great catchment for 2 of the best local schools in the area. It has also been great to be so close to the woods, less than a 5 minute walk away for lovely relaxing walks.
Farnborough station is only 10 mins away so easy access to London or the South Coast, and only 5 mins from the M3 so perfect transport locations for both commuting and holidays.
There is a ramp allowing disabled access to the house, and the ensuite bathroom is subtlety fitted out to accommodate wheelchair access.

Chris's Comment:
One of my favourite locations in Frimley, mainly due to the proximity to the open green space at the Fuel Allotments, and of course the schools! There's so much internal space here, yet the space is also flexible so can work however one might need it to. Definitely worth a look!

Area Comment:
Frimley is located within 30 miles of central London with excellent transport links nearby, including junction 4 of the M3 just a few minutes drive away, and the mainline train stations of Farnborough and Brookwood providing quick access into central London. There are a wealth of local amenities on hand however Camberley town centre is also located just a few minutes drive away.
