I love the fact the property backs onto the Basingstoke Canal as this is a favourite spot for my early morning runs. The property is ideal for those working from home with the extra rooms above the detached double garage.

Ash Vale is a village on the western side of Guildford in Surrey, and provides excellent commuter links for the A3 and M3, with various mainline stations including Ash Vale and Farnborough Main, as well as Ash station that serves Reading, Guildford and Gatwick.
