Having the extra space extended to the kitchen is a lovely place for a dining table, great for the children crafting, and lovely on a summer's evening for family meals with the doors open leading onto the patio. We are in a great location, close to Coral Reef, The LookOut and South Hill Park and we have plenty of local amenities within a short walk."

Helmsdale enjoys so many benefits with footpaths cutting through to the local shops and convenience stores, as well as being on the doorstep of Crown Wood and Nettlecoombe play areas as well as Crown Wood Primary School just perfect for growing families. The big Sainsbury's Superstore, Starbucks and "The Village" Hotel & Gym are about half a mile away, while Coral Reef and Swinley Forest are exactly 1 mile down the road. Access to both M3 &and M4 motorway networks is also just a few minutes' drive away for anyone needing to commute. Martins Heron mainline train station is less than 1 mile away on foot as well.

These houses have such a great layout! From the large entrance hall and upstairs landing area, to three great sized bedrooms and utility and downstairs WC - they really are spacious and versatile! The extension on the back of the kitchen is a lovely entertaining space and the garden feels so private and sunny!
