VENDOR'S VIEW:

We have loved living here as it is such a friendly community and quiet. We have a lovely three bedroom house and it has proved perfect for us. Frimley Park Hospital is within a short drive which was brilliant when I was pregnant. No-one knows where you are as the house is set back off the road. Our front door opens onto green spaces where the kids love to play and is also great when it snows. The primary school is up the road and easily reachable on foot and the shops are but a short walk away as is the train station where you can reach Reading or Gatwick. We get lots of nature which we enjoy watching out of the window. We have a garage and a brilliant enclosed rear garden which has proven to be great for the children.

AGENT'S VIEW:

I really like this house and can envisage another young family moving in. There is so much on your doorstep from green spaces, Hawley leisure centre, playground and cafe. The primary school is in walking distance and around the corner you can walk to the facilities of Blackwater. The house itself comprises of the three bedrooms and family bathroom to the first floor and a spacious lounge with a kitchen and dining area plus cloakroom making up the downstairs. The garden appears great for children being fully enclosed and there is access to the rear of the house. I particularly like the patio doors which when opened onto the garden gives that great outdoors feeling.

AREA VIEW:

This part of Hawley is easily missed. It is set back off the main road and made up of little cul de sacs. It is quiet but within easy reach of the facilities and shops of both Hawley and Blackwater. There are great open green spaces and a primary school all within walking distance. It is also a great area for commuting as you can reach the M3 in no time at all as well as catching a train from Blackwater which will take you to Reading or Gatwick. Farnborough Mainline is but a short drive away as well and you can be in London Waterloo in under an hour. Aldi and Lidl are your two closest supermarkets with Marks and Spencer and a Tesco Superstore can be found at The Meadows on the way to Camberley.
