We have lived here for 8 years, where it has been our perfect family home. We have spent lots of time in the garden and out in Woodford Park, which has a lake, play parks, and paddling pool. It is walking distance to school and local shops and is a very quiet and friendly area to live in. We are now relocating to be nearer to family and hope the next owner will enjoy this house as much as we have.
