We chose this development because of the appeal of having Bucklers Forest just a few minutes walk from the house. The estate has a community hub and in the future will have tennis courts, a basketball court, football court, allotments, and an orchard. There will also be a local pub and Co-op built in future phases.
We specifically chose our plot because of the separate garage and having space for three cars on the driveway.
We love the large kitchen/dining area at the back of the house, with bifolding doors opening to the patio, for linked outdoor entertaining.
We have been very happy living in this house and in this estate. We frequently walk (and cycle) in the Forest and around the estate itself.
We have friendly neighbours, giving you a real neighbourhood feel and a great community.

Having been built in 2021, this home is in beautiful condition throughout. Tucked off a quiet road in Bucklers Park, this would make the perfect family home. Upon entering there is a large hallway, which leads to the lounge, W/C and open plan kitchen/diner to the rear. The lounge has beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows meaning it is bright and airy. One of our favourite things about the downstairs accommodation is the bi-fold doors from the kitchen to the garden. This is perfect if you like entertaining. The kitchen has high-quality, Bosch, integrated appliances including an oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is also lots of cupboard space and a large storage area under the stairs. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with an en-suite to the master. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have built-in wardrobes and there is a large family bathroom with a heated towel rail and heated mirror. This home also benefits from having driveway parking for a number of cars, a garage with power and a large home office/summer house with power. The garden is certainly on the bigger side in comparison with the rest of the development.

Area Comment...
Bucklers Park is such a wonderful location with Bucklers Forest being on the doorstep. There are over 100 acres to explore and walk around which is perfect for family living and pets. There is a great community here coupled also with a new school and restaurant being built. There are also lots of other nature reserves and parks to explore within walking distance. For anyone commuting, The M3 and M4 motorways are within easy reach as well as Crowthorne train station. Crowthorne High Street offers a variety of independent retail outlets, coffee shops and tea rooms which are again, within walking distance.
