Our Uncle and Aunt purchased this property in February 1966 and was their home for all of their married life until they passed in 2008 and 2022. It was ideal for them with its peaceful location yet close to shops locally and in Fleet as well as only a short ride to Farnham, Farnborough and Aldershot. It was handily placed for their workplaces at RAE and local Schools and to support their strong interest in outdoor pursuits as members of the Ramblers Association, International Folk Dance Groups, the CofE Church, and, holding Charity events. Their garden was a source of joy and exercise to them as evidenced by its layout and condition.

Although the property is well presented and very livable in its current condition it will benefit from modernising its facilities and décor For the more adventurous it has great development potential.. The accommodation can be expanded in a number of ways as can be seen with other properties in the Close. It also has a substantial plot from which a portion could be sold off for development, although, currently this is not possible because it lies within the local Special Protection Area, but that may change with the pressures of a growing population.

This family home has bags of potential for improvement and extension (STPP) for future growth. In my opinion it really could create a beautifully presented open plan living without losing your large plot for the kids to play in.
