Vendors Comment:

We purchased this property as our first home due to its excellent combination of instant appeal, desirability and affordability. The location was such a good fit for us as it gave us the feeling of escapism as if we were in the countryside or woods with all the nearby open spaces with great walks where we still discover new areas to explore even after many years yet it is also so close to all the local amenities and links into nearby towns. The strong sense of community with friendly neighbours who all look out for one another whilst respecting privacy is so welcoming. We would really recommend this property for a couple looking to buy their first home or upgrade to something more spacious or a family perhaps as it really does provide a great balance of everything they could need. We have loved every moment living here.

Agents Comment:

I've always loved Dettingen Park! I lived here myself for a few years and loved the local community feel there is. There are no other estates like Dettingen around in Camberley, in terms of the layout and types of property there are here too. I'd absolutely recommend coming and taking a look for yourself, have a drive around!

Area Comment:

Deepcut is situated on the eastern fringe of Camberley and falls under the GU16 postcode. Dettingen Park was built in 2003 and is a unique development to the area with an attractive layout centred around The Crescent, which has a large circular green with a fountain and pond at the centre. The nearby shops are located nearby on Heatherside which will cater for day to day needs, while Camberley town centre is approximately a ten minute drive away. The M3 motorway can be reached at either junction 3 in Bagshot/Lightwater or junction 4 in Camberley, both of which are approximately a fifteen minute drive away. There are ample outside spaces nearby with the Frimley Fuel Allotments directly across the road from Dettingen Park, and the Ranges behind the development.
