We bought our house because of the beautiful greenery around it and for all the local links, we’ve lived in Bracknell for 15 years and Wooden Hill is definitely our favourite place. We love the recreational ground around the corner and our children have thoroughly enjoyed having such great space on their doorstep. The road itself is very friendly and we have loved the neighbourly environment. The garden has beautiful sunshine through out the day and we have enjoyed many summer evenings relaxing in it as the sun sets

Staplehurst is a quiet cul-de-sac towards the top of Wooden Hill and close by to the local recreation and pavilion - Surrounded by Swinley Forest and a gentle 5-10 minute walk to The Golden Retriever pub, it's a great location for anyone wanting somewhere quiet and surrounded by woodland.

We absolutely love this home, the fact the owners has gone through the process of already thinking about extending like a lot of homes down this part of Wooden Hill is a great asset if you're looking for a long term home. Even if you did not want to extend, the current layout for three bedroom semi-detached is a really good size. Couple that with the popular location and all that green space to explore on your doorstep is a win win!
