We bought this house off plan in 2015 as part of the new development at Montague Park. As a young couple we moved to Wokingham as it was the designated town for social gatherings in our group of friends. We’ve been enjoying the ample choice of pubs, restaurants, shops and green spaces in Wokingham all within walking distance. To our delight, choices have improved significantly over the years with the regeneration of the town centre. Some of our favourite spots currently are the Everyman Cinema, Sit & Sip Boutique Bar and the Waterstones bookshop! Proximity to M4, A329M and Bracknell is a significant time saver as we regularly drive to London, Reading and the Lexicon Shopping Centre in Bracknell. Since becoming parents, we have grown to appreciate Montague Park and Wokingham from a different perspective. There are great choices of schools in the area, with Floreat Montague Park and St Crispin being highlights for us. We love the three play parks within the estate and walking at Buckhurst Meadows.

Over the years we really enjoyed the benefits that came along with a modern home. There is a lot of natural light entering the house thanks to the large windows and glass doors. Modern insulation and the separation of upstairs and downstairs heating came in especially handy with energy bills last year! We love the super-fast Fiber-to-Premises Internet connection for working from home and gaming! There is plenty of space in the garage and we regularly fit 3 cars on the drive thanks to having one of the longest front gardens on the street. We love this area so much that we are looking to move to another house in the same part of Wokingham. It’s just time for us to go for an extra room or two with working from home becoming a permanent situation.
