The Sellers View...

We moved into our home three and half years ago. We instantly fell in love with the show home- and then made sure the plot we purchased had a south facing garden for the summer days! We love this home because the space is great up and down. Downstairs has a big kitchen/ diner where we have a full size dining table in, two big storage cupboards and large double doors out into the garden. We have extended the patio and added a back door to the garage so it’s more easily accessible. The bedrooms are all good size with no box room, and randomly the halls are really wide which gives sense of space too!

The local area is great. We can walk through the meadows to California Country Park, we’re ten minutes from Wokingham, 20 minutes from Reading and, less than half an hour from The Lexicon.

The development itself is very family friendly and we genuinely are friends with our neighbours. We are in catchment for both Farley Hill and Bohunt schools.

We have been so happy here, and hope that the new buyers can create the same happy memories we have.
