This house was our parents very happy home for over 30 years. They thoroughly enjoyed living and working in the area and made many friends during their time in Woodley. Dad was a keen DIY'er and one of his projects was to successfully remove the sloping section of the dorma roof at the front of the house to open up the headroom space in the main bedroom. We would like to wish and hope that the next family enjoy making lots of memories here too.
Local area information
Hazel Drive is a wonderful spot for families with so much nature within walking distance including South Lake and Highwood nature reserve, both beautiful places to explore. In fact the area is hugely popular with dog walkers because of this.
There is a small convenience store a few streets away for the everyday essentials but for your bigger food shops, there are lots of supermarkets within a ten minute drive.
Woodley Precinct is a hub for locals to meet, relax and shop, reachable in 5 minutes by car.
For commuting, Earley train station is just a five minute walk away over the footbridge and the A329m/ M4 Junction 10 is only 5/10 minutes drive.
