We moved to Sandhurst as a friend of our was already living there and kept on going on about how great it was and close the place was as a community. He was not wrong. It is a great place for kids and adults alike. This is why we are still looking to stay in the area. Both of our neighbours have been great friends to us and our kids love them. They are helpful and very kind people, whether it be just general chat, help when needed and one side even took our kids under their wing and teaches brass lessons. We will miss them loads but will stay in contact.
This was our first family house and we love it to bits. The back garden is a great feature of the house and is great sitting out there in the summer where it gets the sun all day long.
The living room is a great size and so is the dining room and we have spent many a night playing board games with the children. It has been a great family home!

This is a well presented family home situated in a sought-after location in Owlsmoor. Set back from the road, there is plenty of driveway parking and side access to the property. The owners recently extended the home to the front with a new porch, creating an entrance hall and convenient downstairs W/C. From here on there is a generously sized lounge seamlessly flowing to the dining room, offering an ideal setup for both relaxing evenings and entertaining guests. The kitchen is to the left-hand side and then double doors leading into the sunlit conservatory, from the dining area. There are, again, doors leading onto the recently landscaped garden, which is west-facing meaning you can enjoy the sunshine all afternoon. There is an artificial lawn and plenty of space for sheds and other storage units.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with two of these being doubles. The master has the convenience of having built in storage along one side. The family bathroom has been re-fitted in the last couple of years and offers a lit and heated mirror as well as a heated towel rail.

Harvard Road is in an excellent location within Sandhurst. Nature is on the doorstep with lovely woodland walks and cycling trails in Swinley Bracknell Forest. Owlsmoor Primary School is on the doorstep and Sandhurst Secondary School is only a 15 minute walk. It is also a great location for getting into town centres like Camberley and Bracknell. The location is excellent for the commuters being an easy drive to both the M3 and M4, 45 drive to Heathrow and 45 minutes train ride to London from Farnbourough.
There is the Meadows shopping centre which is home to one of the countries largest Marks & Spencers and Tesco, with a large Next located just nearby.
