I fell in love with house the moment I saw it. The open plan kitchen and huge garden was a rare find and the converted garage is the perfect office, gym or man cave. Location wise this house was perfect. 5mins walk to the local pub and shops, 10mins drive from both Reading and Wokingham and Earley station is a short walk. Great dog walking spots close by. I’ve created many fantastic memories in this house and all the neighbours are lovely and look out for each other, a real sense of community. Great schools close by, this house makes the perfect family home and the kitchen is a chefs dream, being able to host and cook at the same time. Huge garden with the potential for extension. I’m looking to move to coast and I will miss this house greatly! I have no onward chain so an opportunity for a quick sale so the new owners can be settled in plenty of time for summer to enjoy the garden.

This house is just incredible! Where do I start.... The property itself is sat on a fantastic corner plot, offering much further potential to extend (subject to planning). The garden wraps around the right hand side, with side access and a garage, the garage is kitted out as a work from home space however can be easily converted back to a garage. The finish throughout inside is amazing and it's shown off in the kitchen. It offeres everything a dream kitchen would, with a large range cooker, American fridge freezer, island, plenty of cupboards and surface space. You can entertain, relax, dine and spend time with the family , it's the hub of the home.

Great schools, playing parks , aminities and trainline...all on your doorstep. Perfect. You are a 8 minutes walk from the Earley trainstation, connecting you to Reading and London. Directly at the end of the road, you have access to Solly Joel park , then the local Co-op slightly further along. Being such a central location you are surrounded by superb schools as well as driving access to Reading, Wokingham and Woodley.
