Vendors Comment:
We have loved our time living in Dettingen Park. It is somewhere we had admired for a while whilst walking our dog in the many areas of forest that surround it and in our time here has evolved to become even better with the new SANGS and refurbished footpaths along the canal, and we jumped at the chance to move here when our house came to market.
The estate has served us well being positioned for commuting to London and along the M3 to Hampshire, and in recent years the house has become an office space for us too.
One of the biggest assets to the estate is the sense of neighbourliness - everyone looks out for each other, and I always bump into a friendly face when out walking the dog and pushing the pram.
It is with a heavy heart that we look to leave the estate as we have made some great friends and with all the regeneration work happening (hello village pub!) but with a young baby and the need for additional bedroom space for visiting grandparents we now look to move on.

Agents Comment:
Dettingen Park has always been very popular as it is close to some of the areas best schools as well as being a very quiet area too. I have lived on the estate myself before for several years it has a great sense of community and is a lovely neighbourhood to live in! I have sold two other three bedroom family homes here on Dettingen Park recently and they have proven to be very popular, get in touch to arrange your viewing!

Area Comment:
Deepcut is situated on the eastern fringe of Camberley and falls under the GU16 postcode. Dettingen Park was built in 2003 and is a unique development to the area with an attractive layout centred around The Crescent, which has a large circular green with a fountain and pond at the centre. The nearby shops are located nearby on Heatherside which will cater for day to day needs, while Camberley town centre is approximately a ten minute drive away. The M3 motorway can be reached at either junction 3 in Bagshot/Lightwater or junction 4 in Camberley, both of which are approximately a fifteen minute drive away. There are ample outside spaces nearby with the Frimley Fuel Allotments directly across the road from Dettingen Park, and the Ranges behind the development.
