Before we purchased Goodwood Crescent, we’d regularly drive around Bucklers Park and think “wow, imagine being able to live here”. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed moving in to a new build home where everything is pristine and done to a high standard. Our home is modern, bright, airy, and really really beautiful. Totally spoilt by the country park opposite which has been a joy to look at every day from the home office, and of course all the great walks it has to offer.
Our favourite part of the home is the kitchen/Diner - great entertaining space, and the bi-folds let in so much light!
It has been a welcome break to have a home that has not needed any work (having previously taken on a house project) and I hope we’ve looked after it well enough for the next owners to enjoy a new build home.

Even though this home was constructed in 2020, it feels and looks brand new still. The sellers have kept it beautifully and is ready for the next family to put their bags down without having to do a thing.
The home is bright and airy and has floor to ceiling windows with views over the forest opposite. Upon entering there is a large hallway, which leads to the lounge, W/C and kitchen/diner to the rear. One of our favourite things about this home is the bi-fold doors from the kitchen to the garden. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with an en-suite to master. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have built in wardrobes and there is a large family bathroom with a heated towel rail and heated mirror.
There is a private and sunny garden, and the benefit of having driveway parking and a garage.
This home was so well designed and finished beautifully. Viewings are a must to appreciate it in full

Area Comment...
Bucklers Park is such a wonderful location with having Bucklers Forest on the doorstep. There is over 100 acres to explore and walk around which is perfect for family living and pets. There a great community here coupled also with a new school and restaurant being built. There are also lots of other nature reserves and pars to explore within walking distance. For anyone commuting, The M3 and M4 motorways are within easy reach as well as Crowthorne train station. Crowthorne High Street offers a variety of independent retail outlets, coffee shops and tea rooms which is again within walking distance.
