To the rear of the home, there is a large, open plan living and dining area with French doors to the garden. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, with the master having an en suite shower room and a family bathroom. One of our favourite things about this home is that it overlooks a beautiful green space to the front. The home also benefits from having driveway parking and a garage.

We bought the house in 2018 when it was first built because the quality of the housing was excellent and we loved the area and neighbourhood. It's within walking distance to the High Street with a nice walk way cut through and also has Swinley Forest on the doorstep. We also have family who live locally so it was a great spot for us.

This home sits in a great location on Cricket Field Grove which is walking distance to Crowthorne High Street as well as a number of local schools. The big one being within Edgbarrow catchment. Swinley Forest is on the doorstep which offers acres of woodland to explore which is perfect for running, walking or cycling. Transport links into London are within easy reach via the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
