Conygree Close is a lovely place to live whether you want peace and quiet or a place where the children can play safely outside or at the local parks. It is walkable to both Asda and Maiden Place and convenient to both lower earley bus routes or a walk into the countryside from your doorstep. We don't hear the motorway too much from here but you will hear the children playing as we have a lovely community where we can be seen having a cuppa (or gin) with the neighbours whilst the children play outside and we have come together to celebrate jubilee's, football finals and outdoor film nights! Our house is efficient to heat and keep warm since we had the new boiler just before the loft conversion and the back garden\ conservatory will have the sun from late morning to the evening. The houses are well built so we barely hear any noise between the walls. The den was built by us as a hideout for our son with his friends, so he hopes someone else will enjoy it! It's pretty sturdy and doesn't leak! I will miss the warmth of the winter sun in the conservatory and the power shower! We are only moving to live closer to family otherwise there would be no reason to move. We hope another family will enjoy living here as much as we have.
