What a fantastic home that's been carefully looked after by the current owners! Built in 2018, this home is tucked down a quiet road within the Cricket Field Grove development overlooking woodland. On entry, the spacious hallway gives you access to a cloakroom and a beautiful spec kitchen diner with double doors leading onto the garden. On the other side of the home you have a light and airy living space which leads into a playroom which has been created via sliding door. Upstairs you have three bedrooms, family bathroom and your own en suite to master. The home benefits from lots of storage both downstairs and upstairs and comes with two parking spaces. There is a great community within the development and this would certainly make a wonderful family home as it has been for our current sellers.

We bought this property for the location. The home is walking distance to everything we need (amazing nature, the High Street and three amazing schools for all ages) whilst also giving our children the freedom to play outside safely. We have amazing nature on the doorstep which is a huge benefit and the cul de sac location gives us the privacy we wanted. Being on a small development allowed us to meet amazing neighbours that our now our friends.
The house is still in great condition and has ben improved alot. We really love living here but with us both working from home, we need a slightly bigger property.

Cricket Field Grove is a small development nestled at the top of Chaplian's Hill within walking distance of Crowthorne High Street and was extremely popular from new. There are some fantastic walks just minutes from your doorstep, whilst Crowthorne High Street is only an 11 minute walk away. This home falls under many of Crowthorne's local school catchments including the popular Edgbarrow Secondary School. Transport links into London are within easy reach via the A329, M3 and M4 from here. You also have access to Swinley Forest on the doorstep which is hugely popular for dog walkers and keen cyclists.
