I moved into Arbor Close in 2018. The highlight of this house for me is the location; I’ve loved the opportunity to live in a quiet close overlooking a field yet it’s only a 10 minute walk to Winnersh train station and has easy links to the motorway which has been great for work. Since purchasing the property, I have had the kitchen refitted and redecorated throughout. I’ve also had the garden landscaped and enjoyed many summer days out there relaxing with family and friends. I shall be sad to leave this house, it’s been a lovely 5 years and I’m sure the new owners will make as many happy memories as I have here.
