"Our family home here at Morgan Drive has been the hub for endless family fun and good times with friends  The downstairs is perfect for hosting as it’s spacious, light and homely all at the same time and we worked hard to make sure it’s an inviting environment. The open-plan rear of the house allows for that inside/outside living and has allowed us to be able to be in the kitchen whilst still being able to keep an eye on the kids in the garden.

We find the playground opposite and the Downs Link at the bottom of the road a great way to just get out for a family walk and have often gone on a bike ride around the Surrey Hills which is also just round the corner. We have great schools nearby and lovely surrounding neighbours.

We have spent many summers chilling in the garden with friends and family and had many breakfasts outside in the summer as the sun rises it’s glorious and being on one of the most private plots really makes it feel like our own private space.

The drive was another of our projects, we feel it perfectly sets off the house, allows for plenty of parking space and perhaps most importantly for the kids, room for basketball, the fencing and gates make for a truly safe area.
