We originally purchased the property due to its central location and public transport links for my son. It’s about the same distance from Reading to Wokingham so gives great options for going out. You can get on the M4 in a matter of minutes, you can walk to either Winnersh Triangle or Winnersh train station in 10-15 minutes and the main bus route is only a few minutes walk away. This has been great while my son was a teenager getting to school in Wokingham and going to see friends. Having the field opposite and the additional green space for the estate across the road is great for walking the dog through the woods and down to the river Loddon in the summer as well.

The cinema and several friendly local pubs are within a 10-minute walk so great for a Sunday afternoon and not having to drive.

Although I initially wasn’t keen on the garden being surrounded by walls, in the summer you get a real feeling of privacy as it’s not overlooked at all. In the summer you get sun on the patio from mid-morning all the way through to sunset and with the walls surrounding it blocking the wind, it’s a real sun trap.

Well, what more can you say, the seller has loved being here, not just for the top-quality build and location, but also for the development as a whole and what it offers.

We love the fact the bedroom sizes are so great, you can very comfortably have a double bedroom in each, it's such a big win for most if not all families looking for their next home. The space generally is just great, even to have side access from the driveway into the kitchen.

It's a great party house too and you won't feel cramped with the family over, the South West facing garden is a real key selling point but also having the garage with a back door from the garden makes it usable for everything you may need.

Truly this is a wonderful property.
