I loved this house from the moment I entered on my first viewing several years ago; such a welcoming feeling. My tenant loved it too and stayed for many years before moving to another part of the country. It is a cosy peaceful home with private parking, in a lovely neighbourhood, with easy access to the station which is in comfortable walking distance; 10mins train into Reading, and a quick service to London.

Coleridge Close is a quiet cul de sac tucked away off of the ever popular Broad Hinton estate (Waltham Chase). The house sits within a few minutes walk of green space, including Stanlake Meadow. This is a superb spot if you are a commuter as Twyford train station is just over a 10-15 minute walk away and if you go a couple of minutes further on from there, you will reach Twyford Village with all of its amenities. There are also great transport links via bus and car, with a bus stop just around the corner from the house. Links to both the A329, M4 and M3 are easy to reach from here.
